A submitted request is an enquiry. A booking is confirmed only after you accept the final written itinerary, supplier availability, quotation and agreed payment conditions.
Deposit, balance dates, cancellation charges and refund conditions are supplied with the quotation. Optional activities, room changes and flights are included only when stated in writing.
Routes may change because of road conditions, weather, wildlife movement, park rules or supplier availability. Bring relevant travel documents, personal medication and suitable travel insurance.
